Biscuit Mix (bisquick-alike)

Ingredients & Directions


9 c Cake Flour, Sifted
1/3 c Baking Powder
1 c Powdered Milk
2 tb Powdered Milk
4 ts Salt
1 3/4 c Vegetable Shortening

Sift all the dry ingredients together. Cut the shortening into the flour
mixture until the mixture resembles coarse cornmeal. Store, well covered,
in a cool dry place. Use for pancakes, waffles, biscuits, etc.
