Ingredients & Directions
2 c Flour, sifted 1 ts Caraway seed
4 ts Baking powder 2 c Mashed potatoes
1 ts Salt 1/2 c Milk
1 tb Butter
Mix and sift dry ingredients; work in butter and add caraway seed,
mashed potatoes and lastly the milk. Roll about as thick as biscuits;
cut into squares.
Brown slowly in a little fat over slow heat. Split and spread with
butter.
