Corn Bread (linker)

Ingredients & Directions


1/2 c Sugar
3/4 c Butter
2 Eggs; well beaten
3/4 c Milk; sweet
1 c Flour
2 1/2 ts Baking powder

Add a little salt and corn meal to make a think batter.

Note: Time, temperature not given. Assume a moderate 350 – 400 F.
oven for about 20 minutes or until done.
