Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients & Directions


1 Stick butter or margarine
1 1/2 c Sugar
2 Eggs
1/2 c Sour milk
2 c Flour
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Baking powder
3/4 ts Baking soda
3 Ripe bananas
Black walnuts

Mix all together. Grease loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 60-80 minutes.

When making a double batch–which I always do, use 5 bananas. Seems to be
the correct taste!
