Ingredients & Directions
1/4 c Water
6 oz Evaporated skim milk
1 tb Olive oil
2 1/4 c Bread flour
1 tb Sugar
2 ts Sugar
1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Orange peel; grated
1 1/4 ts Bread machine yeast
Put ingredients in pan in the order listed, or according to your bread
machines instructions. Select white cycle. Makes 1 pound loaf.
