Ingredients & Directions
1 c Sugar
2 c Diced apples
1 Beaten egg
1/2 c Vegetable oil
1 1/2 c Flour
1 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Salt
Mix in order. Pour into a greased 8″x8″ pan. Bake until toothpick
inserted comes out clean. Bake 350F 30 minutes
