Peggy’s Mom’s Chocolate Cake

Ingredients & Directions


2 c Flour 1/3 c Oil
2 c Sugar 2 x Eggs
1 c Cocoa 2 ts Vanilla
2 ts Baking Soda 2 c Water
1/2 ts Salt

1) Sift sugar, flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt together. Add oil,
eggs,
vanilla and water all at once and mix well.

2) Bake in a 13x9x2 inch pan at 350 F for 25 to 30 minutes.

Top with your favorite icing.
