Picnic Cupcakes

Ingredients & Directions


1 pk (18 1/2 Oz) Chocolate Or
-Yellow Cake Mix

FILLING
8 oz Cream Cheese; softened
1 Egg; lightly beaten
1/3 c Sugar
1 c Semisweet Chocolate Chips;
-(6 ounces)

Mix cake according to pkg. directions. Spoon batter into 24 greased or
paper-lined muffin cups, filling two-thirds full. In a mixing bowl, beat
cream cheese, egg and sugar until smooth. Fold in the chips. Drop by
tablespoonfuls into batter. Bake at 350 F. for 20 minutes or until cupcakes
test done.

NOTES : These travel well. Ideal for picnics or car trips.They need no
frosting and very moist
