Ingredients & Directions
1 c Sugar 1 Egg
1 c Butter 3 ts Cinnamon
2 c Flour 1 tb Dark Karo syrup
1 ts Soda 1 1/2 ts Cloves
Cream butter, sugar and egg. Add Karo syrup and dry ingredients.
Make into small balls. Press down with glass (covered with butter
and sugar). Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. (Better chilled
before baking.)
