Ingredients & Directions
1 Orange; grind rind and all
1 c Butter; or other shortening
2 c Sugar
1 c Milk; sweet or sour
1 ts Baking soda
2 ts Baking powder
6 c Flour; sifted
Frosting:
1 Orange; grind rind and all
1 tb Butter
1 lb Sugar; powdered
Drop on cookie sheet, bake in 400 F. oven. When entirely cooled, ice with
frosting.
Note: Cream butter or shortening and sugar, combine remaining ingredients.
For frosting, combine ingredients, mix till smooth.
