Elaine’s Santa Cookies

Ingredients & Directions


2 c Shortening
3 c Sugar
4 Eggs
6 c Flour (up to 7)
1 ts Nutmeg
1 ts Vanilla
1 ts Almond extract

Cream shortening and sugar, beat in eggs, spices, and extracts. Work in
flour until dough is stiff. Chill 1 hour. Roll, cut, and bake.

Bake @ 400 for 5-6 mins. DO NOT OVER BAKE!
