Poppie’s Pesach Chocolate “salami”

Ingredients & Directions


3/4 c Sweet wine
1 1/2 c Sugar
1 pk Vanilla sugar
3/4 c Cocoa
1/4 lb Margarine
1 1/2 c Nuts; broken
4 c Matzo farfel; or broken
-matzos

Melt wine, sugar, cocoa and margarine, Add the rest. Cool. Form into rolls
in foil and chill. Slice when cold.
