Apple Bundt Cake

Ingredients & Directions


3 c Flour
4 Eggs
2 c Sugar
1/2 c Salad oil
3 c 4 apples; chopped
2 ts Vanilla
1 ts Salt
1 ts Soda
1 ts Cinnamon
1 c Ch. walnuts

1. Sift dry ingredients.

2. Beat eggs well, add sugar and oil and beat.

3. Add flour mixture, vanilla, apples & nuts.

4. Mix well. Spray bundt pan with Pam.

5. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or until done. Or cook 50 min. Convection
Bake

6. Cool in pan 10 minutes. I use 4 apples.

GLAZE: 1 stick of oleo. 2 tsp. of milk 3. 1/2 cup light brown sugar

Combine above and boil 2 minutes, stirring continuously.
