1 c Sugar
1/2 c Butter flavored shortening
2 Eggs
2 Bananas; mashed
1 pn Salt
1 ts Vanilla
5 tb Buttermilk
2 c Flour
1 ts Soda
1/2 c Chopped nuts
Grease and flour loaf pan. Bake 1 hr. at 350 deg or until tests done.
