Ingredients & Directions
2 c Sugar
1/2 c Brown sugar
1 c Oil
4 Eggs
2 1/2 c Flour
1 ts Baking powder
1 ts Vanilla
1 cn (large) evaporated milk
1 c Chopped pecans
1 c Coconut
Blend sugars & oil together. Add eggs one at a time as you beat the batter.
As you continue to beat the batter add the flour, baking powder, vanilla,
milk, nuts & coconut. Pour into greased Bundt pan & bake at 350 for 1 hour.
