1 pk Yeast 1/2 ts Poultry seasoning
1/4 ts Sugar 1/3 c Celery, fresh; 1/4″ pieces
1/4 ts Ginger 1/4 c Mushrooms, canned, drained
2 1/4 c Flour, bread 1 Egg
1/2 c Flour, wheat 1 tb Vegetable oil
2 tb Gluten 1 c Chicken broth
1 1/4 c Instant stuffing mix 1/3 c Water
1 tb Onion, dried, minced 3/4 c Chicken breast;cooked& diced
1 ts Salt
Heat chicken broth and water together. Place all ingredients except
chicken in pan in the order listed. Select white bread setting and
press “Start”. Add chicken at the “beep”, just before the end of
final kneading.
