Ingredients & Directions
1 pk yeast
3 c whole wheat flour
1/4 c wheat germ
1/4 c toasted bran
1 tb oil
4 tb molasses
1 1/4 c beer, flat, warm
1 egg white
Put all the ingredients into pan in the order listed, select “whole
wheat” and push “start.”
