Ingredients & Directions
1 Box yellow cake mix
1 Stick margarine
1 Egg
8 oz Cream cheese
1 ts Vanilla
1 lb Powdered sugar
2 Additional eggs
7 oz Flaked coconut
Mix cake mix, margarine and 1 egg together and press into bottom of 9×13
pan. Mix remaining ingredients and add to top of crust. Bake at 350 for 35
