Ingredients & Directions
-MEDIUM LOAF-
2/3 c Water 3/4 c Oatmeal
2 ts Vegetable oil 1 1/4 c Bread flour
3 tb Honey 1 1/2 ts Yeast
3/4 ts Salt
This bread is sweet but not too sweet. It is not a tall loaf. We like it a
lot and plan to make it often, perhaps adding some sunflower seeds next
