Ingredients & Directions
2 tb Melted cracklings or fat
2 Eggs
1 ts Salt
2 c Buttermilk
1 ts Baking soda
2 c Corn meal
Beat eggs well and add salt, buttermilk and soda. Mix only to
moisten; do no over beat. Pour into greased baking tin and bake at
400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

and all.
