Mexican Corn Bread

Ingredients & Directions


3 c Self-rising cornmeal
3 Eggs
1 1/2 c Milk
1 c Oil
1 lg Onion; chopped
1/2 ts Salt
Jalepanos; chopped
1 1/2 c Cheddar cheese; grated
3 tb Sugar
1 cn Creamed corn

Mix and bake in iron skillet at 400 until brown.
