My Quicky Pineapple Muffins Or Bread

Ingredients & Directions


2 Eggs
1/2 c Sugar
2 c Self-rising flour
1 cn (small) crushed pineapple in
-juice

When I am in a hurry to have some sweet carbs this is what I’ll make
without having to look up a recipe. My daughter says she doesn’t like
pineapple, but she does eat this whenever I fix it.

I usually dump it all together, stir and pour into pan or muffin cups. Bake
at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes for muffins and 60 minutes for
bread.
